We believe in satisfying food and thoughtful plates, inspired by tried and true traditions in the cuisines from which they originated. We believe that exceptional meals are only as good as the sources they come from and the hands that form them. So we seize every opportunity to choose the absolute best quality ingredients to work with. Sometimes that means importing extra virgin olive oil from Sicily or 20-month aged Prosciutto di Parma. Other times that means working with local farmers to get the freshest possible heirloom tomatoes and zucchini blossoms.
