Safety will always be our top priority.
When you visit an SRG restaurant, you can expect great food, fantastic service, and, most importantly, the safety of others.
Our mission has always been to create memorable, inclusive experiences centered around hospitality—both in our interactions with guests and each other.
This is no different during COVID-19, and we've developed several changes to our dining experience to ensure the well-being of our guests and restaurant teams. We appreciate your partnership in these precautions to make our communities safer.
-
Team Check-in & Safety Protocols - Before every shift, every employee has their temperature checked and logged. We require team members to wash their hands frequently—at every opportunity—and wear a mask and gloves during service.
-
Digital Menus - QR codes will be displayed at your table for you to scan and view our digital menus. This eliminates contact between guests and staff. If you would like to view a physical menu, please ask a host or hostess for a paper menu.
-
Cleaning Measures - We are paying close attention to regulations provided by the CDC and local government. Tables and chairs will be disinfected and cleaned after every guest is finished. Bathrooms and other public areas will be disinfected and cleaned between use. We will sanitize and disinfect each service item between use.
-
Capacity & Social Distance - Seating capacity will be limited in every phase of reopening. We want our diners to feel as safe and comfortable as possible, so we will be enforcing citywide capacity limits at every service. Tables at our restaurants, inside and outside, will be appropriately spaced with a six-guest maximum. We ask that you respect the personal space of the other parties around you and keep at least 6 feet of distance from all guests.
-
Masks - Let’s make it an enjoyable experience for everyone! We ask that every guest wears facial coverings while in our spaces, including at tables, except when eating or drinking.
-
Contact Tracing - We will keep a log of our visitors for the safety of past, present and future guests.
We hope to see you very soon,
Michael Schlow and the Entire Schlow Restaurant Group
